Cissy Watkins, CEO – Chief Executive Officer
I am a native of Oklahoma City, who currently resides in Charlotte, NC. I am the proud mother of 3 wonderful children, Alexander, Taylar and Leslie. My desire to leave a legacy for my children was the driving motivation for me to take a leap of faith into entrepreneurship and leave an executive position with a well-known respectable company. I launched ATL&C Cleaning Service in 2005 and I have not looked back since. I am also a published author with my 3rd book coming out before the end of this year.
In August 2014, I became a certified growth life coach through Paradigm 360 Coaching Training. This training helped me to recognize the importance of supporting others who to are looking to launch their own business, to maintain/ increase their business growth and how to be more supportive of the communities we impact. In 2016 I launched Cissy’s Collection and in 2018 I bought a packing & shipping store called Cissy’s Indian Trail Pack N Post.
I am active in my community and I attribute my success to my strong faith and the fighting spirit to succeed. My faith in God supports my desire to encourage others to live out their dreams.
I constantly challenge myself to elevate my thinking, so it is natural to do the same for the people that I encounter. I believe that as you elevate your thinking, you elevate your life.

I am a mother of 3 amazing young adults, and I am a proud and loud daughter of Marshville, NC.
I have been committed to serving people and the sharing of righteous knowledge, support, and resources for most of my life. Being a creative problem-solver has supported me in this commitment and I am overjoyed with the opportunities that 2SG has created and is creating for people to enjoy more good success in their lives.
I love God’s creation. And I am dedicated to doing whatever I can to bring justice to our challenging human conditions: to help restore hope, dignity and a sense of peace and love in our connected communities. It is imperative, now more than ever, that we all do whatever we can to help take care of ourselves and others—there is a more excellent way—and we can get there if we face it—together. 2SG is dedicated to finding the more excellent ways!

Gina Crawley-Anderson, DOD – Director of Development
I have a passion for my Heavenly Father, my family, and my community. I am committed to the growth of the educational history of the community where I was born and raised. I am from the eastside of Oklahoma and I reside and thrive there.
This community has played a valuable part in my life by teaching me how to love and be proud of where I come from and to seize every opportunity that comes my way.
I have been married for 15 years and I have three adult children and six grandkids. We all live and prosper on the Eastside. I am a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where I serve on the usher board and as part of the young women’s mission group. I am employed with the Oklahoma City public school system where I have the pleasure of working at my alma mater as a support staff member and as the head coach of the girls’ basketball team. I have taken hold of the opportunity to be a continually active part of my community and I play a valuable role in helping to support and guide the young women in my care.
I am proud to be a part of 2SG! We strive to educate and empower the community with God leading us.
